7 Years!!!

Wow...what do I say!? The best 7 years ever. We spent our 7th anniversary on the mountain, and it was Charles' year to plan. I wasn't expecting anything because it was our 8th day of camping and I hadn't noticed anything out of the ordinary. Little did I know. Charles' had been planning a romantic dinner in the woods since before we even left home. What an awesome husband I have. He did have some help from his mom, brother, and sister-in-law, thanks guys! Thanks for a great anniversary my Charlie!

And don't we look great! I told Charles he could have at least given me some warning and told me to put on mascara or something. So we were dirty, so what?! It was still fun.
I want to tell Charles how much I love him. We have had such a great seven years and I can't wait to have many more. He treats me so well, and is a great daddy to my kids. He takes such good care of us, and loves to spend time with us. He even brought me 2 dozen roses last week for no reason at all! Everyone asked me if I was mad at him or something, nope, such roses because he loves me. At least he acts like he does! I love you my Charlie!

Brooke's Birthday!

My Brookie is 4! Brooke was lucky, and it just so happened that we were camping on her birthday. She had a great time. Her cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents were all there to celebrate with her. We stopped on our way through Provo and she went to the Build-a-Bear workshop. Her daddy also overdid it a little buying presents. We are so lucky to have Brooke in our family. She is sweet, and a little stubborn, and she has a great personality. We love her so much, and we are excited to see the things she will do in the coming year. I love you Brookie!!

A visit from cousin Tori!

Yes, I'm still trying to catch up. At the end of July Mary Ann and Tori came up to stay. We had a ton of fun while they were here. We got snow cones...twice. And a Dairy Keen shake

And...cousin bath time. It's much faster and more fun that doing baths alone...
5..4..3..almost 2

We had a girls shopping day at the outlets in Park City, and lunch at Cafe Rio...

We played outside in the backyard on the swingset and in the Barbie Jeep...

We had a great time driving Grandpa's boat..
We went to the Kamas Pool again...just as much fun as the first time. Brielle even got brave enough to go down the big water slide alone. She did it over and over again until we made her quit so we could go home. She was only a little deterred when a boy came down after her and landed right on top of her in the water...this is cute Tori...
We went to the Zermatt to ride the carousel, and see the goats. We got two rides...for free! Can't beat that!
And to top it off...motorcycle rides with grandpa...
We had a great time while they were here, and it was fun to see them off and on during the summer. They have now gone home until Christmas. We miss you guys! Thanks for coming to play!
