4 Months!

Tomorrow Caleb will officially be 4 months old. It is so sad to me how fast they grow up. He is smiling a ton and giggling when we try REALLY hard. He sleeps really well, and is a very happy baby. We love him so much!

St. George Again...

A few weekends ago we went to St. George for a few days. We, once again, had a great time. On Friday morning we headed to the park, which is always fun. And I took way too many pictures. Caleb and Grandma

After the park we went to Cafe Rio...love that place. We headed back to grandma's, and sent Charles golfing. While he golfed the kiddos swam and swam and swam. After they were swam out, we went to feed the ducks.

After dinner, Charles and I and Caleb went to the movies. I really thought I could handle a tiny baby in the theatre...not so. You never realize how quiet it is in the theatre. Much quieter than Church. I got to see the movie, but I stood in the hallway the whole time. It was a great movie, I told Chuck we were going to have to rent it when it came out so I could really watch it. Taken...I would recommend it.
Saturday morning Charles sent me and his mom shopping. I got some clothes, shoes and a purse. It was nice to not be shopping with kids. When we got back the kids were swimming again. Charles left to go golfing and the kids swam from 11:30 until 6:30...and they burned. I felt so bad! That night we had a b-day party for grandma.
It was a very successful weekend...all except for another hair around the toe incident. You would think I had learned my lesson last time!

Wierd Day!

Brielle had Wierd Day at school, for the letter "W" They had to dress wierd so she wore one curly piggy tail, and the other side of her hair down, and straight. She had her shirt on backwards, and wore two different shoes. It was a fun day for her, but she was mad at me for not letting her wear her flip flops on the wrong feet. How do you do that?!

Jacob's Socks

For some reason Jacob has had a facination with socks lately. Especially at naptime and bedtime. He takes them off, puts them on, gets new ones, and my favorite, he puts them on his hands. I went in to check on him tonight and this is how I found him. Dead asleep with his dirty socks on his hands.

The Soccer Game

So today Nolan came down to play in the Wasatch Alumni soccer game. We all went to see him play. It was fun, and brought back good memories. It's just too bad it was so rainy and cold!! They did kick trash though! Let's hear it for the OLD GUYS!!

Grandpa C, Brooke, Brielle, and Erica

Jacob wanted to "kick the ball" the whole game, so after me telling him no over and over again, he finally took it upon himself. He found a friend with a ball, and a dog to fetch it. The boys would kick it, and the dog would retrieve it. He had a great time! My little soccer player.

My OCD Daughter

So Brooke asked if she could clean out the coloring cupboard. Of course I said yes. This is what I found her doing. A girl after my own heart. The only problem was that once she got everything out of the cupboard and on the floor, and got the crayons organized, she was TIRED of cleaning out the coloring cupboard. Seems like that happens to me sometimes too!

The finished product...oh, and some stickers she found

Easter Weekend

We had a great Easter weekend. My brother Nolan came down on Friday and we visited and watched a movie. Saturday morning we met my dad and Nolan in Midway for some serious dead tree removal. We hauled load after load of dead wood to the fire pile. The boys liked the chain saw and pulling down branches with the truck. Jacob was thrilled to find something the horses left that was lighter and easier to throw into the ditch than rocks. You guessed it! Yuck. (He did have gloves on) We had a fun morning over there, and can't wait for the big bonfire! It's going to be good this year! After the work was done we went to Taco Time-the Saturday tradition.
Then the real work began. We had tons of Easter eggs to dye, a backyard Easter egg hunt to have (in the rain), and some Easter shopping to do. Fun afternoon!
Easter Sunday was nice. We awoke to a huge mess of candy...everywhere...crazy bunny. We're still finding it. After church my dad and Nolan came over for Easter dinner. It was nice to have family over.

Love Caleb's face in this picture...you have to enlarge it. Now that I'm looking...everyone's faces are a little crazy.
