Friday, the 16th was Caleb's Cowboy Christmas program at school. Before the program started I snatched him out of school for a lunch date with me. He chose KFC. "You know mom? The place that has those really good cookies?" It took me a minute. That kid loves KFC chocolate chip cookies.
After he had finished eating, he was telling me how he wish you could just buy the cookies. This kid has no fear. I told him to go ask the lady, so he bounced right up, marched up to the counter and got the lowdown on cookie sales. Needless to say, we left with a bag.
We headed back to the school to watch the program. Grandpa, Suzanne, Brooke, Brielle and dad came to watch. He did a great job on his speaking part and knew the words to every song.
Dad thought it was very riveting.
